West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee did not supply her speech “in protest” at an function at Victoria Memorial here to mark the a hundred and twenty fifth beginning anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose soon after ‘Jai Shree Ram’ slogans were lifted when she was invited to converse.

In protest, I am not likely to converse anything. Jai Hind, Jai Bangla,” she claimed.
