Acal BFi is a lower-margin business and more exposed to cyclical macro changes. Its disposal marks discoverIE’s exit from distribution and “is a positive move up the value chain”
Another broker has given the thumbs-up to the disposal by discoverIE Group PLC of its custom supply distribution business, Acal Bfi.
