Shocked pulses trade body urges Govt to withdraw stock limits order

Reacting to the Government’s transfer, Bimal Kothari, Vice Chairman, IPGA explained, “IPGA has always welcomed and supported government’s efforts to raise the trade and double farmers’ profits together with revision of the import coverage from “restricted” to “free” in circumstance of Tur, Urad and Moong. But this order of imposing stock limitations on pulses has taken the pulses field by finish shock.
